Arsenal have seen a deadline day bid for Alexander Isak rejected, as per reports in Spain.
Mundo Deportivo claim that the Gunners have seen a 70 million euro bid rejected for the Swedish striker, with Sociedad thought to be holding out for his full release clause of 90 million euros, which could yet be triggered.

Isak’s movement causing speculation
Speculation among the Arsenal fanbase ramped up over the weekend, as Alexander Isak was spotted in London department store Selfridges, alongside teammate Adnan Januzaj.

It has since emerged that he was simply in the capital for holiday rather than a potential move to Arsenal, as perhaps could have been guessed.

Now, as per James Benge, the striker has flown back to Spain in order to prepare for his side’s next game, a clash with Real Betis. Arsenal have pulled off eleventh-hour deals in the last two transfer windows, but this one is looking increasingly difficult to do.
