Kim Kardashian shared an adorable photo of youngest kids Chicago and Psalm on her Instagram. The sweet post comes amid drama with dad Kanye West.
Though her family’s having a stressful time thanks to estranged husband Kanye West, Kim Kardashian took a moment to share an adorable picture of youngest children Chicago and Psalm. The star of Hulu’s upcoming series The Kardashians shares four kids with Kanye, who recently split from Julia Fox. Psalm, 3, and Chicago, 4, are joined by Saint, 6, and North, 8. Time and time again, Kim and Kanye’s kids have been put in the middle of their ongoing divorce drama.
In mid-January, Kanye started a big commotion claiming he wasn’t invited to Chicago’s 4th birthday party. A few weeks later, the rapper spiraled over 8-year-old North’s TikTok account. Kim, who usually stays mum during her ex-husband’s outbursts, broke her silence to scold him for causing their family harm. The musician went on to threaten Kim’s beau Pete Davidson, plead with God to put his family back together, and even accuse his ex of kidnapping. Recently, Kanye filed to block Kim being declared legally single. But amid all the turmoil, the SKIMS CEO finds moments of joy with her adorable brood.
On Friday, Kim shared a cute snap of her family to her Instagram. In the photo shared to her 286 million followers, Chicago sweetly kissed her little brother Psalm’s temple. The tots were dressed as stylishly as ever. Chicago wore her hair in braided pigtails, and matched her Barbie tee shirt with bright pink shorts and boots. Psalm looked cool in a plaid button down, khakis, and sneakers. The mogul captioned the snapshot « Chi & Psalm, » along with an emoji of an arrow going through a pink heart. The photo surpassed 2 million likes in only a few hours. Kim’s famous friends and family also left gushing comments. « Oh my soul!!!! Stop this cuteness » wrote younger sister Khloe Kardashian, who also left a series of heart-eye emojis. Many commenters pointed out the strong resemblance between Chi and her famous mother. Previously, Kim called Chicago her twin in a post celebrating the 4-year-old’s birthday. This latest post came a day after the KKW Beauty founder shared another sweet pic of her and North in matching PJs.
While Kim typically sticks to using Instagram to share adorable family photos, pulse-racing selfies, and business promotions, her closely-watched activity on the social media app has made waves. Especially in the days following Kanye’s long-running IG meltdown. Many were shocked to see her boyfriend Pete, who wasn’t on social media for years, return in the wake of the Yeezy designer’s threats. Kanye followed the King of Staten Island star’s re-activated account, but in turn, Kim finally unfollowed Kanye. And yet, for all of the drama on and off social media, the reality star has still praised her ex-husband for his parenting.
Kanye has apologized to Kim for his outbursts on Instagram. Many who have followed the famous couple for years are still hoping they’ll find an effective co-parenting arrangement. In the meantime, fans of the famous family will likely see more of Chicago, Psalm, and their siblings on new series The Kardashians, which premiers April 19 on Hulu.
